We take a great amount of pride in getting our cakes just right and we want you to be happy with your cakes so if something is not to the standard you would expect then please do get in touch so we can rectify it.
Damaged items.
We take care in packaging up your cakes so they will arrive to you in a good condition.  If they have been damaged in transit please contact us immediately.  We may ask you to supply pictures if we need to raise the issue with our couriers.
Late/missing items.
Very occasionaly due to situations outside of our control a parcel may go missing or be delayed to the point when your cakes will be past their best.  We take full responsibilty for this and in these circumstances you may choose to have a full refund, a replacement order* or a voucher to the full value that you can use at a later date.  Please get in touch to arrange this.
Order errors.
We check and double check all of the cake boxes before they are shipped out but occasionally an error can be made.  If there is an error with your order please contact us immediately and we can offer you a refund, replacement* or voucher.  We may ask you to take a photograph of your order.
Cancelling an order.
All orders can be cancelled with a full refund up until 48 hours before dispatch.  Any cancellation after this time will be refunded minus the shipping fee.  This is because we purchase all the shipping labels at this time.
*replacements will be shipped at the next available or arranged dispatch date but due to stock levels we may not be able to replicate your order exactly.
