A luxury moist Christmas cake packed full of fruit, pecans and a splash of brandy!
I've left this cake naked so you can feed it more brandy and decorate it to your taste. You can add as much or as little marzipan and/or icing as you like or maybe just a layer of vegan buttercream or glace icing on top, it's even delicious eaten just as it is.
The cake also comes with a 7" cake board so you can show off your cake decorating skills to their best.
Keep the cake in an airtight container and it will keep well for up to a month. It can also be frozen.
